House of Mercy Pro-Life, Inc. is a non-profit, 501C approved organization, founded in 2003 in Rialto, CA. The organization was founded by Sister Leticia Marquez and Late father Richard Carey. The House of Mercy relocated to the San Diego area in 2013.  We started in National City, CA for three years and as of  May 2016, the House of Mercy continues to carry on its mission in a small trailer home in Potrero, CA.
